My Mom called me last week and raved about some really good toffee one of her co-workers made. I did a little internet search and found the recipe!

These Saltine Toffee Squares were so easy to make and very delicious! Mom also suggested I add some crushed candy cane and sprinkles to make it extra cute for Christmas. Well, it worked. The candy canes gave it a nice extra little flavor and they turned out pretty darn cute. 🙂

  1. We need to make friends with more of our neighbors. I’m dying to make so many Christmas goodies, but if I keep baking, the husband is really going to start packing on the pounds! I bet the candy canes gave these little bites a nice, unique flavor. I’d love one, I’m sure.

  2. Oh my gosh! I had some of these in a batch of Christmas goodies that a co-worker brought in to work, and I have been looking for the recipe since. They were so good! Thanks for making my search easy!

  3. These are wonderful even without the chocolate – especially on graham crackers but the saltines give it a great salty/sweet taste. Easy treat – potlucks love these too
